About this wee energy
healing practitioner

Hi :)

I'm Eilidh.

I've been living in Asia for the last 10 years. A bit of nomad, I've lived in many different countries – right now my base is in Vietnam.

I grew up in Scotland. And that's where we need to go for the beginning of my journey.

As a child, I chased Fairies down rivers, as an adult – I can't say much has changed!

I have always had a longing to understand my spiritual history. To understand more about Scottish spiritual culture and where it all began.

For the longest time I searched, chasing standing stones and looking in forests, without knowing what I was searching for.

When my spiritual awakening began, I started to understand as my gifts sharpened once more.

Somewhere in between, while on a dusty hillside in Morocco, something much deeper and ancestral awakened in me:

an understanding of our connection to the elements, and to building a relationship with the land. What is the foundation of Animist practice.

Growing up in a rural seaside village, this is what I had learned through my direct ancestors, and witnessed my whole life. But we had been disconnected as to why.

There is much to be said for returning to where you started in spiritual practice.

As an energy healing practitioner, this is where my connection to healing through the elements began. I trained in person, met elders and received much of my teachings spiritually.

Ancestral and Animist Practice
How It All Connects

What is it to be an energy healing practitioner through ancestral and Animist practice.... and what does it mean to work with one?

Ancestral practice, particularly as a Scottish person, has always felt so important to me. Our country is rich with national pride, and yet our spiritual practice is a whisper, because it had to be. What I discovered through meeting elders, and through my own practice, is that the whispers are a little louder than we think.

Growing up in rural Scotland, we have Scottish folk traditions and Animist practice in our everyday lives. We just forgot that's what we were doing.

The way my grandfather knew the waves, the way is was quiet as he would look out to shore – these are fragments of a practice that was alive. To connect to that and bring together these fragments, it makes a practice that is rich and deeply connect to my soul. This is what remembering really means.

When you connect with an energy healing practitioner that is practicing in their own lineage in this lifetime, you start to notice things are a little different. The way they talk about the practice, but also the strength and the depth of the experience.

As I have worked with and began the healing process of my ancestors, the work we do goes just as deep. This work has powerfully transformed my life, and it offers teachings that will help you in yours.

Choosing an Internationally Accredited Energy Healing Practitioner

As a practitioner that has taken the more traditional route, learning through the practices of my homeland, being spiritually, and through elders, alongside the more formal westernised certifications, it was important for me to bring what my practice is today into the modern world.

Receiving international accreditation means that my practice has been reviewed by an international awarding body and acknowledged for its professional standard.

Maintaining integrity is one of the pillars of all spiritual practice – this is what IPHM does.
